Beef heart

Beef is a traditional flavour favourite and heart is an excellent lean choice.

For raw feeders, heart is considered 'muscle meat' and not a 'secreting organ.' Organ meat is rich in nutrients but since heart is one of the organs that does not secrete hormones, it is not so nutrient dense as liver for example. If you have a carefully planned diet plan for your pet, you may want to consider heart as a treat as it is less likely to add extra nutrients while still providing that great beef taste.
